Garmin Instinct 2 With the Garmin Instinct 3 out, creating a review of the Instinct 2 that I have had since December 2024 is only fitting. It has now dropped in price and is an attractive offer for people looking for a running watch that don't want to break the bank. -------------------------- Overview: PROS: Long Battery Life Rugged / Durable Works great for running CONS: “Too” rugged Long GPS connection time Lower Customization TLDR: The Instinct 2 is a great option for a running watch, and I have had almost no problems with it. It is now definitely worth your money if you’re not quite ready to spend the big bucks to get a brand new model. It can be found for around $175 and will fulfill all your running needs. -------------------------- PROS: Long Battery Life: The Instinct 2 can go up to 28 days in normal mode, but does not last that whole time if you use it for running.
